遼寧大連陳總于2019年年底采購中鑄機械1000mm X 850mm 大型砂箱非標尺寸全自動造型機用于井蓋井圈鑄造造型生產，由于疫情影響，2020年4月份到中鑄機械驗收設備，2020年5月月底正式安裝調試完畢開始投入使用，上圖拍攝記錄于中鑄機械技術人員調試期間。造型機完成砂型造型后將砂型推送至升降機的底板小車上，再經升降機上的氣缸推送底板小車往尾部傳送。

After the molding machine completes the sand molding, it will push the sand mold to the bottom plate trolley of the elevator, and then push the bottom plate trolley to the tail through the air cylinder on the elevator.

由于場地的限制與客戶要求重新利用環形線作為澆注及傳送輔線，砂型經由底板小車傳送后經過另外的氣缸推送至環形線的平臺小車上，經過不斷的循環傳送擺放后澆注冷卻
